It Seems To Be Taking Forever

As those extra pounds sneak on, it can also seem like an eternity in getting rid of them. Getting your head around this fact will make it easier for you to stick with your plan.

Let’s face it, the word exercise can alone bring us out in a sea of sweat. Exercise of course comes in many forms (unfortunately sitting on the sofa isn’t one of them) and if pounding the treadmill isn’t your thing, try giving a gentle stroll a try.

Walking is less impact on the joints, you are still out in the fresh air and a good walk for 20-30 minutes a day will give you a great energy boost, as well as help burn some extra calories too.

So you’re doing everything you’re supposed to be doing. You are eating right and doing some form of exercising and the scales simply aren’t budging. It can be very frustrating and may make you feel like giving up.
