It’s all down to finding what’s right for you and what you feel you’d like to have a go at.
I know exercise can be a scary word in itself, but having a variety of things you can do and that are within your capabilities, are all part of the fun (there I said it – FUN) !
Even if it includes just running up and down the stairs a few times … as long as you are moving, you are likely burning calories … Which is ALWAYS a good thing 🙂
